Our all-inclusive group tours offer concierge-level service that includes a gay Tour Director born and raised in Ecuador, who will escort you during the whole trip .

Juan was born in Quito and moved to the United States in 2006. After many years working in Marketing with world-class consumer brands, Juan decided to follow his passion for hospitality and started Airbnbears Vacation Rentals, a portfolio of several properties in Florida, where he and his husband Bob have hosted over 3,000 guests from 35+ countries. Juan is fully bilingual, a dual-citizen of USA and Ecuador, and a proud resident of Wilton Manors, FL.
